The Kaizen represent an evolution in the UK sound. They have literally rewritten the way that UK artist should approach the genre. With an addicitve signature sound, their refreshing approach to lyricism and musical instrumental’s will appeal to all.
The London based rap duo consists of two artists: Tay Dame (Blaq Gold), the producer / mc and Lyx Luthor (Diamond).
While not much has been heard on the mainstream from the group, the quality of music being on point combined with intelligent lyricism suggest that it’s only a matter of time before those that appreciate good music drop this on their playlists.

Tay Dame (Damo) a.k.a King Tyf a.k.a Blaq Gold is the group’s rapper & producer. Influenced by any music that has a rhythm and real listenability, he has commited his efforts into getting critics to recognise The Kai as more than just a rap act, but rather, accomplished musicians in a genre called Hip Hop.
Alex James a.k.a Lyx Luthor a.k.a is quite literally among the UK’s most original and creative rap artists. Daring to perform anything that compliments the instrumental in the right way.
