A brother emcee/activist Lowkey on a laid back re-imagining of the classic love song by British singer/songwriter Paul Weller “You Do Something To Me” from his album release of 1999 “Stanley Road“.
On this track entitled “Something Wonderful” off the forthcoming Soundtrack To The Struggle album, Lowkey pays tribute to the women of the world with reflective and thoughtful lyrics on compassion, love and respect for those that bore and love us.
Your judged as a man with everything you amount to and the respect you show the women around you. Think about stuff when you diss her, that’s somebody’s daughter, somebody’s mother and somebody’s sister
Surely a classic song in years to come, but lets call it a love educational song for all to take stock and respect all women.
Talk is done, Lowkey’s recent album release “Dear Listener” out now. Have a butchers at the number and quality video directed by Globalfaction, let it be known.

Definitely feeling this. Heartfelt & honest without being cheesy. The production and the video do the words justice too.
