It really was a coin toss between 1 & 2, but I had to go with Roc Marcy at #2 based on how much I liked the featured tracks, but here goes...

Rapper / Producer, Roc Marciano was originally a member of Busta Rhyme's Flipmode Squad with the likes of Rah Digga... He left the group around the year 2001 to form "The UN" an underground hip hop group with three other MCs.
Roc Marciano has since worked with artists and producers such as A.G, Evidence, The Alchemist, Oh No, Pete Rock, Raekwon, Prodigy (mobb deep) to name a few.
