Heard this track whilst in the store, the vibe, groove, vocals, instruments, words were an eclectic mix to beatitude. Curiosity killed the cat they say, but without curiosity learning is distant, in this mode ventured across to gentlemen assistant, queried and found out the song playing in the background is named Flashback from their release Based on a True Story (2006) by the soul/dub outfit from New Zealand Fat Freddy’s Drop just like Ladi6 and here it is.

Moving on from this years down the line Fat Freddy’s Drop are set to make their US tour début coinciding with their first stateside album  entitled Dr. Boondigga and the Big BW release date and starting 11th November, 2009. Of that album a soulful funky track in Boondigga with the hallmarks of good quality music.
